Introduction
Fox Product Development is a Texas-based, boutique turnkey product studio that takes founders from a rough idea to a shipped physical product — spanning industrial design, digital design, mechanical and electrical engineering, and manufacturing. The team's edge is a Factory First approach, collaborating directly with factory engineers from day one so designs are built to be built — and reach the market at lightning speed.
The studio approached us to build a marketing site that could carry that reputation. The scope grew into a full brand refresh — a new logo and identity, a modular case study system, the UI design and front-end development of the site itself, and a large library of custom 3D renders and product animations of the actual hardware Fox has shipped.

The Challenge
Fox's work spans industrial design, engineering, and factory-floor manufacturing — a depth of capability that is hard to convey on a flat webpage. The previous presence read as a generic agency; it did not signal the caliber of products Fox was already shipping, and it under-sold the boutique, hands-on nature of the studio.
- Communicating cross-disciplinary capability
- Making hardware craft tangible on the web
- Building trust with founders and hardware startups
- Turning a broad service menu into a clear story
- Attracting higher-quality inbound leads
The Goal
Deliver a confident, cinematic marketing site backed by a new brand identity — one that lets a prospect feel Fox's rigor from the first scroll, and gives the team a repeatable format for publishing case studies as new work ships.
- Refresh the logo and brand system
- Elevate perceived quality of the studio
- Build a scalable case study template
- Showcase hardware work through 3D renders
- Improve lead quality and sales enablement
The Solution
We rebuilt Fox from the identity outward — a new logo and brand system, a marketing site that walks a visitor through the four pillars of the studio (Industrial Design, Digital Design, Engineering, Manufacturing), and a case study framework that leads with 3D-rendered hero imagery of the actual products the team has shipped.
The site introduces the Factory First process as the connective narrative, then proves it with work like the gaming mouse with a patented hot-swappable battery, an immersive gaming headset portfolio for PC and console, and a keyboard with nine points of hardware customization and one billion possible configurations — alongside a broader product lineup that reaches into smart-home security and soft goods.
Key Features
Refreshed Brand Identity
A new logo and visual system built around confident typography, a restrained palette anchored by a signature lime accent, and a set of 3D rendering conventions that give every case study a consistent feel.
Four-Pillar Services Story
Industrial Design, Digital Design, Engineering, and Manufacturing are each given room to breathe — with the deliverables under each pillar and the Factory First approach as the through-line that ties them together.
Modular Case Study System
A repeatable page framework the team can populate as new projects ship, so every launch reinforces the studio's positioning without a fresh design lift.
Custom 3D Renders & Animation
A large library of Blender-built hero renders and looping product animations of Fox's actual work — gaming peripherals, a smart-home security ecosystem, and soft goods — produced in-house and used across the site instead of stock imagery.
Founder-Focused Inquiry Flow
A short, sales-team-friendly project inquiry that qualifies leads on project type and budget up front.
Design Approach & System
The brand is built to feel like the studio itself — precise, hands-on, and quietly confident. Everything from the type scale to the render lighting is standardized so any new case study drops into place without visual drift.
- Editorial Layouts
- Long-form case study pages structured like a product story — problem, process, and shipped result — with generous whitespace and clear typographic hierarchy.
- 3D-First Visual Language
- A consistent Blender rendering and animation pipeline — lighting rig, materials, camera framing, and looping motion — that makes each product hero recognizably Fox at a glance.
